Practicing

1. Each student is asked to practice 5-6 days per week for at least 30 minutes a day minimum. Adult students should strive to practice at least a few minutes everyday, even if limited on time.

2. Lack of practice is not considered a reason for missing lessons.

3. Many families like to take a break in the summer. However, taking the entire summer off is detrimental to a student’s progress.

4. Each student is to practice all the material that he or she is assigned for the week. If a parent feels that the assignment needs to be modified, please call me first. I may have a pedagogical reason for what I have given them.
